We wish to thank Mark for introducing us to the Nurtured Heart Approach which has allowed us to profoundly change the behaviour of our son without resorting to any medication. Mark’s support while implementing the recommendations of the Nurtured Heart Approach helped greatly. Within just a few weeks, we have seen a change in the behaviour of our child at home, and at school according to his teacher who had previously constantly complaining about his behaviour. A.C. and S.A. Mark Norris took care of my son, Ian, because of his unusual behaviour. Mark showed us how to live and evolve Ian at his school and at home. From an only child who nobody wanted to play with, after a few months Ian has become sociable and has now friends both at school and in our neighbourhood. I would highly recommend Mark especially since he is mainly concerned with parents, and teaches them how to live with a challenging child and helps them discover an effective and accessible way to live harmoniously as a family.
